Below are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about the car show. If you have a question not covered below, please Contact Us.
What is the Annual Car show?
This is the Mid-Atlantic 86 Club’s largest annual event, where we host a combination car show/charity raffle.
You can either attend the show as a registrant in the car show or you can simply attend for free, visiting vendors and socializing with your fellow owners and enthusiasts.
There are multiple categories in our car show, as well as a fan favorite competition (voting is done as part of our charity raffle).
All attendees can participate in our charity raffle. All profits from the car show and raffle go to our charity partner, DASH to the Rescue.
Raffle prizes are provided by our event vendors and sponsors.
Food service is available on site by our event host, Pub Dog Pizza & Drafthouse.
Does the Car Show cost anything or is it free?
The car show is free to attend and $25 if you wish to enter your vehicle in the car show.
Car Show Registrants get VIP parking as their cars are parked and displayed front and center at the event. Free attendee parking is adjacent to the car show area close by.
Car show entrants are eligible to win trophies at the event and receive a limited quantity of raffle tickets included with their registration fee.
All attendees have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and win prizes in our charity raffle. Raffle ticket purchases also allow you to vote in our fan favorite category of the car show.
How long is the car show? What is the schedule?
Our car show is an outdoor event that lasts from 11am to 2pm. The show officially starts at 11am, at which point attendees can begin purchasing raffle tickets, vote for their favorite cars and visit our event vendors. Our host, Pub Dog Pizza & Drafthouse also opens at 11am for food service.
At 2pm, all car show winners and raffle prize winners are announced. The awards announcements last about 20-30 minutes. After the award announcements, winners of the car show are photographed in front of their vehicles.
The car show is officially concluded but all vendors and attendees are welcome to remain on the grounds as long as they wish.
Car show entrants and vendor load-in occurs before 9am and the Mid-Atlantic 86 Club will communicate details before the show.
Car Show trophies and raffle prizes
Trophies and Raffle Prizes are announced at the conclusion of the event. Trophies and Raffle Prizes are generously provided by our car show vendors and sponsors. Winners of the car show and the charity raffle must be present in order to claim their prizes.
Car Show entrants cannot win more than one category in the car show (except for fan favorite, which is awarded to the most popular car regardless of winning any other category).
Raffle prizes are not limited and attendees can purchase as many raffle tickets as they wish and be entered to win as many prizes as they wish.
Car Show Winners will be photographed in front of their vehicle at the conclusion of the event.
